State Bar Investigations

Pursuant to Business & Professions Code §6068(i), it is your duty to cooperate in any disciplinary investigation or other regulatory or disciplinary proceeding pending against you. The Office of Chief Trial Counsel (OCTC) often requests voluminous documentation as part of their investigation, which can be time consuming for attorneys with busy schedules.
